Recommendations for cooking

To prepare green buckwheat, you need: - 1 cup of buckwheat; - 2 glasses of water; - salt to taste; - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil; - fresh greens (parsley, dill, basil) to taste. 1. Wash the buckwheat in cold water several times. 2. Pour 2 cups of water into a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and salt to taste. 3. Bring the water to a boil. 4. Add the buckwheat to the boiling water and reduce the heat to a minimum. 5. Close the pan with a lid and cook buckwheat over low heat for 15-20 minutes. 6. After cooking, turn off the heat and leave the buckwheat for another 5-10 minutes to infuse. 7. Chop the fresh greens and add them to the prepared buckwheat. 8. Mix and serve. Ready green buckwheat is good as a side dish to meat or fish, or as a main dish together with vegetables or salad.
